At Support So Simple we are dedicated to providing high quality IT support at an affordable price to all of our customers, whether a single home user or a company with 100+ computing devices.
 
Over 10 years ago, we realised that given the correct level of support, computing (at any level) should not need to be complicated or expensive, and although since then we are all much more mobile with our communications, data sharing and social networking, nothing much has changed - we still believe that no matter how many computers, tablets or smart phones you have, with the right level of support you can enjoy a stress free, low cost digital life, comfortable in the knowledge that an experienced IT professional is available to assist with any question you may have, repair you may need or upgrade you may want - all from as little as £6.99 a month.
 
Although there a many instances where onsite support may be required, we are confident that most problems or questions can be dealt with remotely, and because of this we have setup a bespoke online Web Help Desk ensuring you can ask the questions you want, when you want, and have access to all your past questions. But if you would prefer to speak to one of our experienced Technicians, or have them guide you through a repair, all you have to do is ask and they'll be more than happy to help.

Unlike many other IT Support Companies offering unlimited 'remote support', we DO NOT have an office full of low skilled call-centre staff with nothing more than a script and a 'Dummies Guide', and there are NO geeks, gurus or so called genius' ready to baffle you with jargon that means nothing to most people!
 
Our IT Technicians are "genuine" IT Technicians, personally responsible for maintaining hundreds of computers for both home users and business users throughout the UK. All our IT Technicians have experience with both onsite and offsite support for all levels of business systems and home networks, giving them an un-matched level of experience based knowledge, both with varying computer systems (home and professional) but also in real world environments - so when you request support from one of our IT Technicians, whether onsite at home, at work or over the phone, you know you're getting the right person for the job!
 
Our Support Partners
 
Although we have a dedicated team of Support So Simple IT Technicians ready to assist you with all your computing problems, on occasion we may be unable to arrange one of our own Technicians to visit you at your home or work place - in these instances, we may send an approved Support Partner.
 
All of our approved Support Partners have been selected, vetted and inducted into our Support Partner Programme prior to providing any support for our customers. Each Support Partner has been personally interviewed in the same way any of our own Support So Simple IT Technicians would have been. Customer satisfaction is one of our primary concerns and you can be assured that if we send a Support Partner to your home or work place they are there as an ambassador to Support So Simple, and with that have our full confidence in both their technical ability and their professionalism.
