Support Partners |
|
At Support So Simple we recognise that we are
only as good as our weakest link, and ensuring we
have enough skilled Technicians available to support
our customers' needs is something we try to prioritise! |
|
To assist with this, we have introduced a new
Support Partner programme, allowing smaller support
companies (and sometimes individuals) to provide
support to our customers on our behalf, when we
may not be able. |
|
Please find below a summary of requirements
and conditions - if you would like more information
or would like to apply to become one of Support
So Simple's approved Support Partners please complete

Free Support |
- |
Although we have our own dedicated Technicians,
occasionally we may request that a Support
Partner honour our 'Free Home User Support'
policy, typically in the instance where a
Support Partner is, or is likely to be the
primary Technician for the customer. Sometimes,
it may simply be in the customers interest
for a particular Support Partner to handle
the enquiry, or we (Support So Simple) are
simply unable to provide the appropriate support
in that instance. |
