Support Partners
At Support So Simple we recognise that we are only as good as our weakest link, and ensuring we have enough skilled Technicians available to support our customers' needs is something we try to prioritise!
To assist with this, we have introduced a new Support Partner programme, allowing smaller support companies (and sometimes individuals) to provide support to our customers on our behalf, when we may not be able.
Please find below a summary of requirements and conditions - if you would like more information or would like to apply to become one of Support So Simple's approved Support Partners please complete the short form below.
    Requirements

Training - All our Support Partners must have a minimum of 4 years full time experience within their respective areas of IT Support, with references and supporting documentation.
Insurance - All our Support Partners must be covered by their own Professional Indemnity Insurance for IT Technology (£25,000+) and Public & Products Liability Insurance (£1,000,000+).
Vehicle - All our Support Partners must be able to provide their own reliable, presentable vehicle.
    General Conditions

Rates - All Support Partners will be paid the advertised (or approved) support rates for any onsite or offsite support, less a fixed administration fee of £5 for Home users or £10 for Business users (excluding any VAT), plus a payment transaction charge of 5% for the entire invoice total. Hardware - All Support Partners will be paid the advertised (or approved) hardware rates for any supplied hardware, less 5% transaction charge as detailed above (excluding any VAT). All supplied hardware must meet Support So Simple's approved make, model and condition criteria, with Support Partners being solely responsible for any warranty repairs or replacements as required within 12 months of install.
Payment - Support So Simple will obtain payment for any support or hardware provided directly from the customer, and in doing so be solely responsible for any transaction based fees. Support Partners will be piad via a self billing invoice, raised by Support So Simple on their behalf and paid on a fixed monthly basis. Any support or hardware provided by a Support Partner is subject to a 30 day warranty, with all self billing invoices being raised after such time.
Expenses - All Support Partners are responsible for their own travel, administrative and any support or hardware associated expenses, including any travel based fixed penalties etc.
Free Support - Although we have our own dedicated Technicians, occasionally we may request that a Support Partner honour our 'Free Home User Support' policy, typically in the instance where a Support Partner is, or is likely to be the primary Technician for the customer. Sometimes, it may simply be in the customers interest for a particular Support Partner to handle the enquiry, or we (Support So Simple) are simply unable to provide the appropriate support in that instance.
