Support So Simple Collection Centres
To help reduce your PC, Laptop, iPad or iPhone repair costs, and make the process as simple as possible, we have a selection of 'Collection Centres' available in some areas, allowing you to conveniently drop off your device for repair - there is no need to call ahead or book, simply drop off your device at a time that suits you!
Once you have dropped off your device (you will receive a receipt), one of our technicians will contact you directly to discuss the repair in more detail and confirm a repair price. Once repaired, we will let you know when it is available for collection and you can simply pick it up - again, at your own convenience!
Please note: Your device will not be repaired at one of our 'Collection Centres', but collected for repair at an approved repair centre. There will not be any technicians available at our collection centres to offer any kind of advice, but you are welcome to call us in advance on 0844 87 97 345 if you have any questions.
