the phone or take control
of your PC as needed,

problem is resolved as
quickly and as cost effectively
as possible. Alternatively,
subscribe or upgrade to
one of our support contracts
and all remote desktop
support is free of charge.

'Component Level' Laptop
Repairs |

|
Most
software or generic hardware
related problems (hard
drives, dvd-roms and RAM
etc) are treated in the
same way a PC would be
and are covered under
our standard labour rates,
with diagnosis and repair
fees charged at £25
per 30 minutes, however,
should your laptop have
a component level fault
and require an extensive
diagnosis or repair we
have a minimum diagnosis/repair
charge of £50 excl.
VAT.
The £50 typically includes any repair costs but does not include the
cost of any parts that
may be required. Due
to the complexities
of a laptops components
and the uniqueness of
each model and their
parts, a component level
repair or diagnosis
can take a lot longer
than the equivalent
repair on a computer.
If the overall costs
including parts are
deemed too expensive
and you choose not to
continue with the repair,
the minimum £60
repair fee will still
be applicable.
Alternatively, if
you choose to purchase
a new laptop from us
we will part-exchange
your faulty laptop against
the overall costs for
the repair or diagnosis
fees you would have
incurred had the laptop
been returned, and we
will transfer any data
from your old laptop
to the new laptop free

just bring it down, report

will get back to you with
a diagnosis and repair
price asap - you'll receive
a receipt for any items
you drop off! If we are
unable to fix your device,
there is no fee to pay,

within 1 to 7 days, and
are often able to respond
quicker if a technician
is working or based locally.
A super saver call-out
rate must be approved
in advance of any onsite
support, otherwise a Standard
call-out fee will apply.
Collect & Return:

visit is neither convenient
or suitable, we can arrange
to collect your computer
(in person or via an approved
courier) and bring it
back to our workshop.
Once here, we'll be able
to diagnose and repair
the fault, and then arrange
for the computer to be
returned back to you.

able to manage many repairs
at once when at our workshop,
the overall cost per repair
is often reduced as there
is no waiting-around time
for downloads, software
installations or data
transfer, all which would
be chargeable if a technician
was having to wait onsite.
